it all depends on which season ur talking about...
in s1 he's 32
in s2 he's 33
in s3 he's 34
in s4 he's 35
and in s5 he's 36

thats what i think anyway, i only pieced it together with the info u lot provided cos i aint seen the ep where daniels says when his b-day is.
