I'm wracking my memory for more details, but he's one of the SGC soldiers in a scene where they are responding to some on-base emergency. He's waving a group of running soldiers down the corridor yelling, "go, go, go!" I think that Jack (in civilian clothes maybe) has just arrived on base and runs into Daniel (?) nearby and wants to know what's going on.

Yes, not much to go on, I just remember that when I saw it, I said, "hey, that's PdL". Definitely not season 2. Very likely 3 or 4. Foothold?

and in threshold...no real spoilers here but those that have seen it will know. there is a scene with candles, and if you look at he reflection you'll see 'PD' spelled out in the glass.

no kidding. some have suggested that the NID raised her limits to see what he was making. (but we won't say what please)
and as far as i'm concerned since they confiscated it they should reimburse her for it.
