He's hot in a "pretty" way, but i would prefer the rugged fashion. Would hate to have my man care more about his make up than I care about mine. :D

I'm sorry guys. I should have been more clear. I meant Apophis, Peter Williams, not the Melody maker Bobby.
I got into Bob way back due to a friend. He wouldn't let up on me until I could almost quote his history word for word and belt out his toons in slightly imperfect petwas.

I got us into the Bob Marley thing! Peter Williams is about the same color as my son so he is probably " a little from column a and a little from column b and a little from column c and a little.... " to quote my son.

He has Korexican (Korean and Mexican or Latino) friends, Blaxican ( Black and Mexican) friends and a diverse lot of others of them. They sit and joke about the mixtures... His middle school has eveyone in it.... He even has friends from the PRC. His high school will be less diverse, however, and that is sad. It is closer to home but has some of the programs he wants to go into. I just can't see him doing a long bus ride on the city busses!
 
Speaking as one who has "been there and done that" (rode the city bus to school) I understand and agree with you one hunderd percent.

I used to get to school almost an hour before everyone else, just to avoid riding a crowded bus. Because, mind you i'm not a fraidie cat, but believe in self preservation. I had heard,and witness gang violence on the bus and the bus stops before, so i figured the less of a crowd the better. :eek: ;)

When I was in the city, people thought i looked more Puerto Rican than anything, and wouldn't believe me when I told them I wasn't.
