No Season Six???!!!

Shanks replaced the original Daniel in the movie. Wouldn't it be a hoot to replace him with the original actor?

Shanks say chill.

FYI: Check out the MSOOF Messageboard as Mr. Shanks has posted again (Jan 15th). He would like fans to chill regarding his statement about the future of Sg1, that it was not intended as an official announcement, and not meant to create the notion that the end of the series was a sure thing.

Welcome, Orange !

Hi! Orange,

Welcome to the boards! Glad that you got in your words from MS's boards! The speculation has been rife but until everyone confirms through MGM and Showtime nothing is official! (to reiterate what skydiver has said also!) But it is nice to hear from the Horses Mouth so to speak! THANK YOU! Orange! You seem to be getting along well and If you want to start this thread in any fora go for it! Feel free to browse and post! The more you post the more you will find little people following you! They are aliens and have their own doings and namings over in the General Discussion of Stargate in the thread titled (appropriately enough) alien.

When posting please remember to include SPOILER SPACEif you are posting outside of Season 4 as many peopledo not have it. Please remember to keep you threads 'g' rated and no flames as we are a friendly (but somewhat zany) forum.

So please read, post and ENJOY! and again thanks for MS's comment.

Just been to MSOOF webpage and there was an article about fifth/sixth season. (Yes, i admit, i copied it, don't sue me or anything!)

"News on the 5th season: The only actor who is not already signed for a fifth season is Christopher Judge. Michael doesn't know which way he is leaning in terms of his desire to come back to the show, but it will ultimately be his decision. There is now talk of a 6th season deal coming about, but Michael is not as yet contracted for that season."

what does it mean '...his desire to come back to the show...' He left?!

Sorry, i'm not really a hypochondriac, it just comes across that way sometimes... :p

well now we know how to panic half the world, make one off the cuff remark and it spreads like wildfire across the globe at kilobytes a second.

poor ms...he's gotta be getting a complex about even talking to anyone much less posting anything.

I didn't mean hypochondriac! I meant ... pessimist or something. What's the word? Well, (hopefully) you know what i mean!

Wow, my thread is over a page!

What's even better is that Stargate's on 2morro! I can see The Light! Or i will in 24 hours... :p

Well, i just type 'MSOOF' into the address/location box @ the top of the screen, and it automatically searches, and it's usually @ the top of the results list ;)

Voted early and once. Figured this petition did not need to be messed with by excessive signing! If we could get the registered signers here to vote it would be great!

I signed too! If nothing else, the cast will get another glimpse at how much we all enjoy the show! I will also take this petition to the last Stargate website I was at and give them the address.
:)

Thanks!

Hehe, Starguide has now put out a sympathetic article about how over reactive the fans are! ;)

See update here under "Stargate General Discussions." Shanks' reply/recant is there.

I still think the petition is a good idea, to give the PTB a look at how really popular the show is.
