YKYBWTMSGWhen

YKWYBWTMSGW
your 8 year old in church on sunday instead of folding her hands like normal-folds them like comtraya after watching dj with you

Actually, son of a malp is from the Stargate SG-1 site. The MALP slider puzzles drive most people nuts. Because of that when you are acting up and they want to call you a swear word and not get dinged by the profanity sensor, they put MALP in for a swear word.

You know you've been watching too much stargate when...

You are sitting at a boring lecture in a boring class and wish that you could call the asguard to whisk you away.

Or

Every time a plane starts rattling the windows you listen for the Incoming traveller alarm. Some mornings you wake up and wonder which world you gated to last...

LOL....
or is that life imitating life?...

from Point of View:
O'Neill: "Alright, I gotta know."
Daniel: thinking he's talking about the mirror, "Yes, I'm about to activate it.
O'Neill: "No,no, not that. What the hell does kree mean?"
Daniel: "Well, actually it means a lot of things. Ah, loosly translated it means attention, listen up, concentrate."
O'Neill : "Yoo-Hoo?"
Daniel: "Yeah in a manner of speaking."

:) hehe love that quote!

When I turn it on it says "Good Morning Campers, sleep well, I did."
When I turn it off it says "Well, I guess my work here is done."

I cant remember exactly where i got them but i think it was a RDA fan site somewhere in Geocities.
If I can find the address ill post it.

Rowan,
What about Jack singing "Ease on Down, ease on down the road?"
I love the Wizard of Oz quotes in SG-1 and I'm not even from the Land Down Under called Oz.

Songs

Oh ... that works well and I can see Jack sayin' that. :}

As can I. Maybe at Gatecon 2001... LOLLOL!! (Knowing that will never happen, because it would be great just to get RDA there!)

RDA and song

Believe me, it is one of our most desired wishes. :D

YKYBWTMSW

You find it prophetic that your sister has to wear rubber bands and they are commonly referred to as "snakes" lol

well,

well, i've been saying "for cryin' out loud" quite a bit recently...

and i watched wizard of oz to listen out for the quotes...

sadder...

but really, i'd much rather have a certain colonel jack o'neill whisk me away....

O'Neillisms

Sad to say many of the things Jack says have been in my active vocabulary for years. 'Wesst', 'Peachy' and 'Ya Sure Ya Betcha'.

Scary.

"Oh, for cryn' out loud!" has been in my vocab all my life (I got it from my mom, who grew up in RDA country). Now, ****** is a recent addition and is getting me in trouble, so I really must refrain!

YKYBWTMSG when your husband asks you just before each episode if Anise is going to be on. If I say no, and her name is Freya, anyway, he leaves. If I say yes, a gleeful grin spreads across his face and he plops down on the couch. He doesn't know much about Stargate, but he knows about Ms. Thing in her sexxy outfits!

OH WOW! The PTB have decided that ****** is a bad word, which it is. But just so you all know, because you will not be able to read the word, it is not a bad, bad word. Just thought I would clarify, in case you all think I am a potty mouth!

I am sorry, I just cannot help myself! What does Jack say occasionally when things are going bad? It is that four letter word that starts with a C and ends with a P, and has an RA in the middle. You know? I have never been thwarted by a computer, in this fashion anyway, so I am inspired to get around it! OK, I am all better now. Thank you for allowing me to rant!

i'm afraid jackism's are rife in this house too, mainly,
peachy, sweet, fur cryin out loud, whatch ya doin, much
to my kids annoyance (haha)...peachy
