that's really cool rowan about going on a dig. i used to do that bk (before kids) still miss it and plan to go back after the kiddies are older. did mostly historic arch on the east coast. going out of the country is so great. wish i could!!!!
toronto is a really beautiful city if you end up in school there. :p
 
That is SO cool...Archaeology has always interested me...I would love to go on a dig one day:)
 
we should all get together and go on some gategeek dig with some kind of stargate theme like egypt or something. that would be cool
 
Archaeology? *sigh* Well, I have to say I also find that interesting. But I find most things really interesting.
A dig would be great. As far as ancient history goes, I was pursauded that a modern language would be of more use then Latin. But Latin is more........ interesting!:p

when you dream episodes of the show...when you wake up at 3am with a fic running through your head...when there's nothing but basketball on tv so you hold your own little sg1 marathon

when u see a security guard who is the dead spit of Don S and u look at his tummy and think 'gee has he lost weight'
whenu think that 2 episodes a week is really, really mean and u know ALL (well nearly hehe) the addies to stargate sites and can chant them off
whenu get annoyed at daniel for not knowuing what 'locus -a -um' means straight off ands scream at him
when 'ice cream' makes u giggle

You hear a metallic sound in your closet :erm: and your first thought is that a 'gate has activated in there. You are then afraid to open said closet for fear of being pulled through the event horizon by a dead alien.
