Jade dragonflier, I'm aussie too and I thought exactly the same thing when I was reading the Sydney Herald last weekend.

I think I have stargate on the brain.

Hey jsc,
Go down and visit our Aussie forum. we did a thread like this down there a couple of weeks agao. For the last 3 weeks Channel 7 had been showing the Australian Open (Tennis) in the Stargate timeslot. We were all really sad that we couldn't watch our beloved Stargate so we did a thread called "What do you do when there's no Stargate on?"
It was really funny.

Bad mark huh? Sorry about that, it's a good thing you enjoy it, though. Now I'm heading onto the Philosophy thread.
 
My girlfriend and I are both Christians and we were actually talking about a Stargate/Left Behind crossover the other day. Wouldn't that be A TRIP!!!

Speaking of, one of my friends who I introduced to SG, told me recenly that there's a Daniel lookalike on her bus. Un4tchun8tly, that bus doesn't go past my house:( altho apparently, he has really boring conversations...

i was at the aquarium with my kids last sunday. they had this huge electric eel and the sign said that while a human might survive one strike, a second strike would be fatal. and i'm immediately thinking "wow, just like a zat gun..."

Love that one! Usually get a Sam and Jack or Daniel and Sha're! much more inventive! A&A! No ideas for sig quote. But you can change it as often as allowed by software!

Well, actually, one of my friends has recently started saying 'ra, ra, ra,' as in 'bla, bla, bla,' and despite pointed looks from me, she's still doing it, altho she knows what I'm thinking. Probably because I've told her everytime she said it...:)
Good ideas peachy, altho I'm sure someone's already got the 'can't keep him' one. Anything from series 3+ or something from Maternal Instinct? I luv the philosophy in that one!;)
