Stargate "Save Season 6 Threads"

That is the thing that I like most about this site though, all the people on here are just as mad as I am.....it's great!!!
Yes I have read that if we do get a season six it would be the last but I say yes it will be really crap if it all ends but at least we will have season six (if they do it) to look forward too.
Plus we can all keep fighting for it to carry on in the mean time!!

Season Six
I have been following varius threads about the loss of our beloved Stargate beyond season five. There are groups of people out there writing mail ( conventional not email) to both MGM, and Showtime begging for at least one more season.
Seeing as how this is a Stargate community I'm trying to rally as many people as possible to follow thier example, and submit our feelings for this great show! Lets fight for what we love here, they won't let it go if enough people get behind it. The actors are ready to commit to at least one more season, it's just MGM, and Showtime who need a wakeup call from us!
What I would ask of the fans in the community is to post any information ( no double posting of info please ) on how to contact both of these places. If we overwhelm them with letters, phone calls, petitions, and email to keep Stargate coming they won't have much of a choice in the matter ( as long as we are civil in our requests ) So if anybody has the desk phone number of the director of programming at Showtime, or knows the extension for someone at MGM please post it. The addresses ( department, and person would be nice )for both locations would be great so that we can swamp them with letters, and petitons.
It's our show don't let them take it away from us, at least not while the actors are still ready to do more for us!

way to go shelby! even though it was expensive your kleenex box will have tremendous impact. imagine how amazed they'll be to receive a "save stargate" message on a kleenex box from SE Australia...:smile:

We did it!!!
I just got off the MGM Stargate site and they are announcing that there will be a season 6!!! Production to start in Feb. They also say it is unlikely that there will be a season 7 but for us fans to keep up the work and push for 7!! I can go to bed tonight with a smile on my face knowing we have another year of this great, fantastic, I can't get enough of it, show!
