it was in one of the halloween specials. i think his name was like Horace or something and he lived in the attic and they fed him fish heads. then there was a great moment where they go to the doctor and he tells them that one of the siamese twins is always evil and that they are always on one side. they look at bart's scar and suddenly realize that HE is the evil one. they all pull back and gasp.

barth don't look so suprised.

n-e-way they then let horace out and lock up bart in the attic.

Speaking of twins, what about the idea for Bart triplets? In the ep hosted by Troy McClure about the Simpsons, they mentioned an idea for long lost triplets: Bart, a black Bart, and a cowboy Bart (I think, I don't remember the third Bart that clearly)
