I am the first of my kind!!!!!!!!!

I am a Carter / Mackay shipper!!!!!!

whaddya think? ideas? flames? comments?

i saw some of their conversations in Redemption II; i particularly like the ""i hate you"" one and the one that takes place in the infirmary. they are sooooo cute!!!!

xox

I gotta admit there was some sexual tension between the two... I think MacKay is more attracted in Carter then she is in him... But things could build up...
But I have to admit I'm gonna stay a J/S fan!!!

What I think of McKay....

Give me back that staff weapon!!!

:sigh:

I think Sam was right - this way is better for him -all of her significant others [except Jack] have died. Otherwise . . .

KILL HIM! KILL HIM! KILL HIM!!!!! :angryfire

At the risk of getting flamed....

If McKay became a Goa'uld, would anyone notice?:D

Spooky, darling, better get your flame retardant suit on. You gonna haveta withstand the vibrant rath of the J/S shippers out there.

I used to be a SamJack shipper, and I loved the way their relationship heightened in the middle of the fourth season, with eps like divide and conquer, window of opportunity, beneath the surface and entity.

But now i think it's time for the both of them to move on. Sam needs someone who understands her goals.

Jack certainly doesn't, with comments like "didn't i ORDER you to get a life?!"

Sam certainly is attracted to Mackay, and I think we could see an interesting realtionship develop between the two of them. ((Even though interesting may be the only adjective it is safe to use to describe it.))

yes, his eyes would glow

but on a more serious note, if you haveonly got the episode 48 Hours to base your decisions on, i suggest you wait to see him in action in Redemption II. ((Especially the scene in the infirmary))

I really hated the guy after 48 hours but when I saw Redemption Part 2, I just couldn't keep myself from liking him. Especially when he ...

says that comment:" She's not gonna be happy when she wakes up is she? She is gonna wake up, right?"
I thought that was so cute and he proves that he does have feelings. Sam on the contrary has this ruthless way when dealing with peole who have a crush on her. For those who don't believe me watch episode Message in a Bottle from season 2. The way she treats Lieutenant Graham Simmons is just bitchy. But I like that about her.

absolutely totally ditto, i agree!!!!

he's lovely, i love the look on his face when she kisses him on the cheek, it's like :rolly2:  and :naughty: rolled into one!!!

and when shes in the infirmary, and he says "d'ya want me to hold anything?" (while shes getting changed) i like that!

EW! EW! EW!

WHERE'S THAT STAFFWEAPON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

McKay is such a complete egghead!

Kill 'm off!!!!!!!

Send him back to the Russians!!!!!!!!!!

Falcon Horus

Hey! Falcon Horus!

count me in re: "EW!" and using that staff weapon!

no, no, no, no, no, no, no!!!! you have him all wrong! okay, he's an egg head
but so is sam according to jack in redemption, and he'll still eat cake with her!!!
but she likes him and he likes her and ohhhh! it's a match made in heaven. and about the staff weapon? well if her history's anything to go by, he's doomed anyway!

sorry! sorry! sorry! i mustn't get into the habit of double posting.

you'll like this if you don't like Dr. Rodney Mckay.

I think I was ready to beat up McKay before I got halfway through 48 hours.

I think Sam restrained herself better than I would have in the same situation.

I would have sent him the infirmary with a broken nose and singing soprano.

Not many fictional characters I can say I hate, but he's definetely on the top of my short list.

I like him, and I do think that him and Sam have a good repour, but I wouldn't go as far as to say that there is anything "non-professional" between them. Sure he has a crush on her, but the comments she made at the end were just teasing him. There's nothing wrong with flirting.

I think her heart still belongs to Jack though.
