I've still got three days. However, only two of them are in my own office, as I'm in London on Monday (which I could really do without), so it seems to be making the week go faster, since I've already been out two days this week already, and I can't believe tomorrow is the end of the week!

how did it end!!!???

Hey you guys, I'm sooooo disapointed, I was sure I was going to have a spot. I had bid 286 $ 5 hours before the end, I had to go to work. I just when to look and realise I didn't get a spot, I was wondering at what price was the lowest bid aproximatly.

I think the lowest bid was 399. I could be wrong. I heard it was killer at the end... people bidding at the last (and I mean last) minute. Sorry to hear you didn't get a spot. Look at the up side... you're still going to Gatecon! Have a great time honeymiel1, as I'm sure you will...

If I had been in front of my computer at that time, I would have bid that much. But the auction for Atlantis is not near the end yet and it is already high. And you can't take pictures.

I wouldnt mind paying 400$ but for SG-1 tour. Even more

SO here is my request, if anyone that got a spot on the SG-1 tour and they think they went bidding more they could afford without thinking or that they bought a ticket to someone and now they don't have the money to go, or they bid twice just to be sure to get a ticket and end up with two tickets,

I am willing to buy you your ticket if you want, just send me an e-mail or answer this thread before sunday, because that's when I'm taking my plane to Vancouver and we can make that exchange. If there is such a person I would be happy to help you out if need it.( ANd I wish there is such a person)

It wasn't that high - i'd put a pair of bids for $321, but they were knocked out, managed to get them for $353 and $352 each, and was in the low 70s. There wasn't much between around position 30 and being knocked off, about $30 at most.

thats no fun, i had the same thing happen to me last year, had a decent high bid went to work came back and found i had been bumbed its really annoying:rolly2:
