I should've reread those last adwd with jon chapters before bumping this thread. I'm trying to post something reasonable about what is happenis at the Wall the moment Jon gets stabbed, like the white walkers attacking the NW, but my memory is just a tad too fuzzy. (Gonna try and find some time within the next few weeks for that).
I believed the NW didn't record properly at the beginning, and that there have in fact been more than 1000th LC. Your thoughts on the LC count has a nicer touch too it though Tywin.
I now feel like a fool for not understanding the Cougar thing at the time... Joke really was on me.
As for Popes, who knew we'd have a new one by now.
There was a lot going on in that last Jon chapter, but nothing about the white walkers attacking the wall (They were tearing up Hardhome).
I wouldn't feel like a fool for the Cougar thing. Your location says "Belgium", so I wouldn't expect you to have a perfect knowledge of American English slang, especially something that was sort of a fad around 2009. Now if we were talking about Lambic beer or the Battle of Waterloo or something, it would be a different story.
