Everyone (of an older generation) likes to call my generation the me generation, iGen or even Y bother generation etc etc. But i honestly feel thats the media branding/imaging us and is also a form of ignorance. I say ignorance because you forget your generation or the ones older than yours were in fact more rebelious and less well informed on the goings on of the world than my generation.
I don't think more rebellious, but probably less well informed.
For all you oldies i would like to say you were once like us (young and lazy and hip and full of attitude etc-yes i said lazy) and if you were part of our generation you would do just as we would so there! You should have a close look at your attitudes when you were in your teens/early twenties before criticising our entire generation.
Finally, in my last point, i refer to the Lion King as a reference. Its all got to do with the "Circle of Life". In other words one day i will unfortunately be an old man claiming i respected my elders more than i did and was a goody too-shoes when i wasn't/am not and i will criticise my children and grandkiddies for being careless and lazy even though i was in fact like them -just like you were once like us!!
You should say fortunate to reach old age. Just think of the alternative---dead! And I don't criticize my children or grandchildren. My children are better parents than I ever way and my grandchildren are really good kids.
NEERRRRRRRRR!!!!
and LOL
YES I SAID LOL! HAH!
oh and btw (its easier than typing BY THE WAY) to keep this on topic if a member of Y generation was writing ASOIAF (wait a minute that was one of you oldies who abbreviated that hmmmm.....) it would be finished as we would type faster although Robb and Tyrion would say things like 'sup' and knights would say 'homie' and 'man'
