Who said that?

well, that half guess is wrong and this discussion took place after the 'leader' refused the advice.

E: Jaime is wrong, dont bother with main characters!

One of the two subcommanders said it on the fist, as advice to Mormont.
I dont really know the name though anymore. I think it was Thoren Smallwood, but i'm not sure.

“There is no honor in hiding and sneaking,” objected Ser Triston of Tally Hill, who had been a Sunglass man before Lord Guncer went to Melisandre’s fires.
“Is it so honorable to burn? “ Davos asked him. “You saw Lord Sunglass die. is that what you want? I don’t need men of honor now. I need smugglers. Are you with me, or no?”
It is Ser Triston of Tally Hill, formerly man of Sanglass, to Lord Davos Seaworth. My quote :)

"We have put fresh rushes on the floor.”

Sounds like Brynden inviting Jaime back to the dungeons of Riverrun.

Woah, and here i was certain it was a man of the night's watch who said it, it seems i really have a sorry-ass excuse of a brain. I still like to proudly boast that i have a reasonabe good 1-day long short memory brain. Longer than that though... I blame the high school system. All you needed for even a good pass was to study the day before, then quickly forget it all to cram in the next subject and so on.

It is Ser Triston of Tally Hill, formerly man of Sanglass, to Lord Davos Seaworth.

well done :D, i thought that quote would last for at least another page and a half.

I think this is a tough one.

"I don't want to. I don't want to. I don't want to."

I'm giving two possibilities:
1) Robert Arryn
2) Samwell Tarly

Lady Tanda and Falyse were dragging Lollys into the keep during the attack when Sansa overheard her pleas.

Tansy's turn.

“Sweet smells are sometimes used to cover foul ones.”

Littlefinger?

I know the character who said that was talking about Varys.
