Who said that?

All forgiven, and it's our jaime, in the siege of riverrun, answering (in his usual charm) to a frey, on the suggestion to sly the blackfish using a stinking arrow.
Close so close. Good place, wrong man :) It's
Karyl Vance, the Lord of Wayfarer’s Rest
The whole quote is this:
“Mine,” piped Lord Emmon. “Riverrun is mine.”
Lord Karyl’s birthmark darkened. “Will the night soil be your own contribution, Edwyn? A mortal poison, I don’t doubt.”
“The Blackfish deserves a nobler death, and I’m the man to give it to him.” Strongboar thumped his fist on the table. “I will challenge him to single combat. Mace or axe or longsword, makes no matter. The old man will be my meat.”
My turn :) Who said it and to whom? It's from AFFC by the way.
“Do you have many friends across the water?”

indeed, it was Lord Karyl who said that, dry humour of calibre worthy of Jaime .

Ser Loras to Tyrion.
“House Tyrell continues through my brothers,” Ser Loras said. “It is not necessary for a third son to wed, or breed.”
“Not necessary, but some find it pleasant. What of love?”
“When the sun has set, no candle can replace it.”
“Is that from a song?” Tyrion cocked his head, smiling. “Yes, you are seventeen, I see that now.”

Try to guess next one:
“______ ,” said _______, “if you muck this up, I’m going to rip your liver out and eat it raw with onions.”

I missed my go but because someone else guessed the last one they can overrule my quote if they want to and go right ahead and have theres. This one is going up though, and is said to Cersei (obviously).

"From what I saw of Joffrey, you are as unfit a mother as you are a ruler."

Oh and it is from AFFC

Sounds like Tywin Lannister to me

Would be my second guess if it was someone else's go :) But no, it is not Tywin Lannister. I won't reveal my first guess obviously because that would be another one off the list :p

Ser Kevan Lannister to Cersei

Aye,” her uncle said, “and from what I saw of Joffrey, you are as unfit a mother as you are a ruler.”
She threw the contents of her wine cup full in his face.
Ser Kevan rose with a ponderous dignity. “Your Grace.” Wine trickled down his cheeks and dripped from his close-cropped beard. “With your leave, might I withdraw?”

My turn, or maybe not :)?

“A chivalrous man would dismount,”

Yep :) Your turn, good sir

argh! i knew it was a lannister who uttered that.

“A chivalrous man would dismount,”

I have a hunch it was Dany who said that when Belwas was facing that exposing champion on the horse.
