It seems like it should be from the scene with the old lady and the BwB, but my books are packed up in boxes somewhere.
 
It would be Sansa to Littlefinger...and the curse would be referring to the ill luck of the Lords of Harrenhal :D

Nope just to Bran at the beheading of the black brother. Forgot his name now. I have a feeling yours is from AGOT too but I could be wrong. Is it Yoren to Tyrion?
