She may not have named the horse but Silver or The Silver eas the way she referred to it. I'd make the same argument for any other Dothraki, but it's your question, so you're the judge of the answer.

it is known. martin makes a point of not capitalizing silver or red when referring to those horses, they are more like descriptions. I might say "Pass me the blue shirt" but I wouldn't say my shirts name is Blue.

Thank you for pointing that out. I do the audiobooks, and didn't know that
 
I'm quite certain it's mentioned in Dany's chapter when she receives silver, that Dothraki don't name their horses. Maybe I'm wrong.

I remember seeing The Veiled Lady now, I noticed her because in David Gemmell's Rigante series The Veiled Lady is a messianic figure. I remember wondering if George had read it and this was a reference...
