First I must defend my answer on the fifth death. In my american paperback edition the first Dothraki rider dies on page 102 witha dozen dead by days end on page 103. The Hound carries in Mycah's body on page 159 a full 5 chapters later.

I think Mycah died first but the body wasn't enlivened until after the ones you mentioned died. I also wanted named characters. it's Lloyd good though, just clarifying my reasoning. :)
 
That was Rhaegar, who then names Lyanna Queen of Love and Beauty. Had he not won, the war of the five Kings may never have happened.

Qarth is ruled by the Pureborn

They have power by being descendants of the original kings and queens of Qarth (and by being filthy rich)

They are famous for offering their enemies... money to go away (?)

and they are contested by trade groups called the thirteen, the Spicers and a 3rd I can't recall.
 
All is correct except what they offered/gave enemies. I won't prolong the agony :) The answer to that part is poisoned wine.

Provide at least 6 of the nicknames of the Wise Masters of Yunkai. I was able to find 11 so this shouldn't be too hard
Hint: the nicknames were all given by sellswords and none are very complimentary
