aSoIaF Trivia Game

Narkulai, I think we need a new question, please. I could look it up but that always feels like cheating to me!

Baelor I the Blessed died a virgin = no progeny.
Aerys II the Mad KIng was predeceased by Rhaegar, Rhaegar's son is presumed dead, and Viserys was never crowned.

I'd have to cheat to get any more. Hopefully someone else can get them...

I'll have to cheat to finish this one...

Maegor I the Cruel
Aegon II
Daeron I the Young Dragon (I should have guessed)
Aerys I

Edit: Okay... after looking at the Targ family tree for fifteen minutes, I suspect you may also be looking for another king...

Aegon IV the Unworthy

It was rumored in Aegon's own time, and ever since, that Daeron II the Good was not actually his son. The rumor was that Daeron was fathered by Aegon's brother Prince Aemon the Dragonknight.

And... I also realized that my first answer of Aerys II actually goes against my own privately held theory that Aerys is actually Cersei's father... thus being the grandfather of both Joffrey and Tommen.

Okay.... Here's a question....

Since Aegon the Conqueror set out on his conquest of Westeros, which deceased Baratheon Kings have not been succeeded by a son or grandson?

(Neither my crackpot theories nor your own are admissable answers. Please stick to GRRM's story.)

Joffrey is not the son of Robert Baratheon, but he reigned as Joffrey Baratheon. Credit to Needle!

Because he was crowned (even though he did not yet have a coronation ceremony in the Great Sept of Baelor), Renly is also correct!

I'm looking for one more...

Sorry, in the books, Tommen is still very much alive.
