aSoIaF Trivia Game

Joffrey, Tommen, Renly, Oberyn and the chap from the Summer Isles (I keep wanting to say Jalabbar Xho but isn't that the Captain of the Cinnamon Wind?)

Hm... Let's see. I can do this. Joffrey Baratheon, Oberyn Martell, Tommen Baratheon, Jalabhar Xho, Mycella Baratheon cause I'm being facetious and princess is a female prince. XD

Renly was never a prince IIRC.

In my head, the answer is Renly, Joffrey, Tommen, Jalabhar, and Oberyn.

But....

1. Since Anushka reminded me.... Renly is never called Prince in the books. He's always Lord Renly... even after he asserts his claim. Catelyn calls him Lord, not Prince, iirc.

2. Narky misspelled Jalabhar.

But... once again, my trivia answer is not as cut and dried as it seemed.

I'm awarding the correct answer to Anushka.

Renly is Lord of Storm's End and Lord Paramount of the Stormlands.

Where was Renly crowned a king?

I am not sure, but I think: the Red Viper of Dorne Prince Oberyn Martell, Prince Joffrey Baratheon, Prince Tommen Baratheon, Prince Stannis Baratheon and Prince Renly Baratheon.

Not sure if Stannis counts as being in Kings Landing during the narrative - he left shortly before King Roberts party returned from the north, and he was definitely on the river and soon to enter during the battle of baywater, but I don't remember if he got into any part of the city.

dekket, in the narrative (and in my mind), Stannis had proclaimed himself King by the time he went to KL. And sorry, but we've already moved on... Some posters italicize their trivia, others put it in bold, and others put a quote box around theirs, but some don't and it is easy to overlook the question.... We are now waiting for Narky Nark to post a bit of trivia...

Uh.... right.

Houses with split loyalties in the War of the Five Kings?

@dekket Neither Renly nor Stannis were considered princes since their father was not a king.

@Narkalui Walder Frey. His wives were from those houses. Perra Royce, Cyrenna Swann, Amarei Crakehall, Alyssa Blackwood, Sarya Whent, Bethany Rosby, Annara Farring, Joyeuse Erenford.

If that's correct... I'd have never gotten it. Well asked and well answered.
