If by disturbing you mean cunning? Then yes he is one of the most disturbing characters. I definately agree with you on Ramsay though!

I wouldn't call Ramsey disturbing really, he is simply a ruthless person in a ruthless world.

Bolton however fits the bill! I don't think he feels anything, all cold cunning that one! Everytime I do a reread I think "Maybe this time Arya will slit his throat rather than steal his dagger!"

I like your idea Needle. You know, it would be most satisfying if Arya was sent to stick the Boltons with the pointy end.

It would be strange, if she was sent to assassinate "Arya Stark". I wonder if she would feel sorry for Jayne and do in Bolton as she wished she had asked Jaquen to do, or Ramsay because he might be evil to Jayne? She could be reunited with Nymeria on the way. Or she could send wolf pack to get them?
