A Tribute To Perpetual Man.

Double congratulations then, PM!

Recognition is indeed in order, especially when, your comments about my stories tend to be more entertaining than my stories!

Your time and effort is appreciated!

Thanks Oxman.

I'm pretty much sure that one of those congratulations is for something that arrived at by accident, but then do you know how long it took to work out exactly when the 1'5 millionth post was coming up?

More seriously everyone does such a good job with the 75 word challenge, and I find them all to be so entertaining it is a shame that there can only be one winner each month, so this is my way of giving everyone the recognition they deserve. (Or try to)

Yes, yes and yes!
Cheers to you, PM!

Many stories are completely lost on me until I read your review.
Your encouragement and insight goes further than even this tribute thread implies.
Thank you!

Like any good obsessive-compulsive I wouldn't want to miss posting in one of the challenges, but if I am feeling a bit out of my depth I can always rely on PM to provide the encouragement and motivation to get me to pull the trigger on my little story. But then everyone is so positive in the challenge discussions... and that is so refreshing because it's not always the case on these interweb thingies!

One thing though, shouldn't PM's address be 'somewhere on the edge of time'? :)

Yeah, I only spotted this thread after posting a comment on the 75 thread - sorry.

Perp - I echo all the tributes above!!

I just noticed this thread too, and I must also thank you for the many positive and encouraging reviews you've given us all.

Plus, I must add that I enjoyed your July entry too, great tale.

Have an excellent day my friend :)

Thought it would be fitting to bump this thread and again express my thanks to the endless encouragement that PM has given me and, I'm sure, others.

Hope you're back full time soon. :)

Three cheers for Perp! Reviewer-in-Chief and all-round good guy. :)
Thinking good thoughts for you.

Hip-hip-hooray for the Perp man! Hope things treat you better and you can be here where you belong!

Many thanks for the kind words. As I've said elsewhere, I'm not going completely (as TDZ says this is somewhere I feel I belong), and I'll be checking in and doing the challenges (hopefully). Just not doing as much as I was.

My main job at the moment is to keep Mrs Perp distracted. As such we have embarked on a massive project with our garden. (Typically the moment we decided to do it the rain returned), and to some degree it is something that the kids can refuse to help with ;)

SO I will be busy and probably swearing a lot in the coming weeks!
