Who would think such a thing?

Why do I think this is someone talking about an actual girl? Catelyn thinking about a possible bride for Robb or something? Or any situation dealing with Walder Frey trying to pawn off one of his female offspring?
 
Don't know why, but Boat is the first thing to come to mind when read Imp's post.

Since ADwD is last of the books I read, only characters connected to boats are Victarion, but he would never think something like that, Tyrion, but when reconsider he did not pick the boat, Dany's commander of Fleet-that-doesn't-exist (don't know his name), and Quentin Martell, and now I'm almost certain he is the one in question.

Actually, I think it was Victarion when he hijacked that trading galley...
