Right that's me done  super speedy...with a cameo...

Wow Kylara, you've set a high benchmark with that entry.

I hope people like the theme I chose; I wanted to try and make it as open-ended as possible, so that everyone would (hopefully) be able to find an entry that appeals to their strengths.

Ad Astra, my alma mater's motto.

I'll be frantically working on my WIP for the next fortnight, but I'll be back sometime. There could be some interesting entries this month.

oooh this is exciting. It really is wide open and could be anything. I shall find my thinking cap and don it asap.

Thanks PM, right up my street at the moment with stars and space and writing in any genre I could think of! I very much look forward to reading the rest of the entries...

Well done, Kylara for getting in there quick. 'To the stars' is so open I'm stumped for now. It won't last, I will recover from the shock. Hmm, what to do?

Well I posted early again. Very touching story Springs.

Kind of nice to have Open genre...so much different than Dinosaurs (with Trolleys )in Humerous Scifi but still challenging.

Good luck everyone

Open genre? Did I read that right? I mean I was getting all set for Romantic SF in the style of Yates.

Hm, now to don yon thinking cap.

There's room for ray guns in there, Bowler. ;)

I am going to have to write about dinosaurs going to the stars in a shopping trolley, just to prove you wrong. :)

Mine is in. Nice idea this month but due to the open genre made me want to include the theme directly as part of the tale.

Sounds good. Although for you zombie aficionados there is a zombie evacuation race you can do in the UK (see zombieevacuation.com) which my better half found last night.

Bother just realised I should have used the universal word 'beer' instead of 'pint' at the end of my entry.

I think you should be save Luiglin, or at least to us Canadians! I call it going for Pints...
