They seem to keep it to the short and professional at this stage - as you'd expect given the number of subs they must be receiving. I got notified mine is in the subs to be read pile, which I think is good, maybe. I have found them very easy to liase with and quick and professional in responding.

I didn't realise their submissions windows were so rare, as until I finished my novel I hadn't looked around too much. Then I thought, uh oh, I'm doing urban fantasy, is that really what they want? But they asked for the partial and then the full, so now crossing fingers they they like the whole thing.
