Bitter sweet ending? (spoilers)

Okay...

So...

I was thinking about prologues and epilogues after reading If You Could Ask GRRM For Any One Character to Have a POV and I realized that ADOS (the final book) will most likely have an epilogue... and since all POV characters die in their POVs... who do you think it will be... and will this be the bittersweet ending? Or do you think the bittersweet ending will be a few chapters earlier and so making the epilogue the final justice for a villain?

I can definitely see Jon, Tyrion, or Arya dying. But I could see Middlefinger, or more likely Varys, getting his just deserts and giving his final explanation...

Epilogue for the final book will be Rickon Stark dying of old age and reminiscing.

I'm probably wrong, and there are probably a lot of people who disagree with me but I do think that the last chapter should give us a flavour of the peace after the final war for the dawn...
