:) Thank you, Jastius, for the kind words! And thank you for the info on the privileges granted those in the 500 club! It may take me several years to get to the 1000th club though...isn't it recommended that a person post an excerpt for critiquing when they reach that milestone? I may not have the nerve for a very long time!

The new stories are boss, everyone! :)

Yup, every significant 000 should have a crit post ;) You'll get there in no time :)

:) Good evening, Kylara! Actually, now that I am certain of that tradition at the site, I think I will soon be cancelling this membership, and starting a new identity here, at post number one!

Or, I will keep trying to improve my writing, and maybe have something ready by late winter...I guess THAT option does make more sense! :)

(Excuse the double post, please!:))

Really nice, johnnyjet! I like your take on the theme.

Perpetual Man -- This wry fable explores the nature of belief and reality.

holland -- The author creates a witty and whimsical tale that reflects daily frustrations.

David Evil Overlord -- Revenge can be tempting, as this cutting story reminds us.

Karn Maeshalanadae -- In this chillingly plausible story, we can see the dangers of uncontrolled technology.

farntfar -- This clever variation on a cult classic raises many questions about identity.

johnnyjet -- The author has fun with a literary masterpiece, while creating a sweeping allegory of life.

Don't fear - not everyone honours it. Or you could put up a challenge story for critique. :)
