Psekrit Psummer Pstory Psix -- General Discussion Thread

I absolutely loved mine. The potato was a nice substitute to a proton torpedo. When/how are we supposed to guess who did what?
 
I got mine. Very good (so far)! (Does that mean I have an unfinished story or that I haven't finished reading it? Curious. I am a slow reader.)

So, essentially, what you're saying, DG, is that you and I are destined to be eternal fabsters.

I was kinda hoping Chris was writing mine ;). I got him last time and his story was a thing of bittersweet beauty. I've not had as much pleasure since contemplating my own death.

No, I wasn't issued with yours this time, and am not quite sure what I would have done with it if I had been (I have several more semiprepared which would only take a day or two to finish, but I'm afraid yours isn't one of them). But thanks very much for the comment.

What I came to say is that I received mine at the same time as everybody else, and duly read it and red-inked it, so am not one of the 'left for dead' ones - although jastius, who was on the original list, hasn't given any signs of life since July, and will presumably give a missing composition…
 
Does anyone know if Jastius is OK? Their last wall post is worrying.

This is only to be expected from this story exchange. Real life gets in the way. No blame to anyone.
 
DG I am sure that out of 4 so far. I received one and a bit stories. Well one time I did get an extra story that wasn't my request so I did get 2 and a bit I suppose. And I have only written 4 and a bit (sorry Victoria last time just got the start of a story)

So there are always some that don't get anything. :(

Last seen on Jul 13th apparently. Victoria, have you had any further correspondence with @jastius since then? I know you'll have had something to send to her, because the author is a friend of mine (in the same way Clark Kent is friends with Superman)...

Absolutely, not blaming anyone at all - just pointing out what probably happened. Looks like @Phyrebrat and I will be fabsters after all... until next time!
 
Once you've been a fabster you can't be unfabulated so it's forever and ever and ever :)

Victoria's right, this SS thing is a big effort for the custodian :)

I don't mind not having one. I enjoyed writing outside of my genre. I even wrote 2; the first one was much longer but drifted way off from the request so I started a new one :)
