Phew. Huge relief. Just got my acknowledgement email from them there. I was extremely last-minute with my submission and took a panic yesterday morning when I couldn't find any evidence of it in my sent folder. It was there, of course. It was just me being an idiot -- I must have accidentally clicked on sort by subject at some stage in there, instead of date. It wasn't at the top, where it should have been.

I managed to get two mss to them. Worked feverishly up until the deadline to get the third one ready, but it just wasn't there. That stung a bit because I think it has the most potential of the three.

(Re earlier references to my originally 11 page synopsis: that was because only about a third was anywhere approaching first draft. The rest was just chapter summaries. Next time I'm going to write the synopsis first and revise it as the story evolves.)
