Game of Thrones: 7.05 - Eastwatch

From what we have seen they have all blue eyes. Except the Undead Mountain. I'm not sure what colour his eyes are at the moment. I still strongly believe he can do nothing if the Night King would confront him. To me the Night King is a necromancer and he would have power over the Undead Mountain - to control him as he wish. Cercei and all her men could not stop it. Or him after that happens.

That's something I didn't even think of! But yes, it's possible the Night King could have power over the Mountain. What an interesting theory!

A bit late in catching up with this episode. After the spectacle of the Field of Fire this was always going to be a more low key affair, although plenty still happened.

Cersei being pregnant was a bit of a surprise or is she? Could it be a ruse to keep Jaime on side? Littlefinger is up to his old tricks and I fear for Sansa. Arya is not the forgiving type.

Randyll should have bent the knee to save his son.

It was interesting that Drogon allowed Jon to touch him. Another nod to his now confirmed legitimate Targaryan blood.

Interesting episode, though seemed strange to have no climax.

And as mentioned above, where's Jon & co's dragonglass weapons? :)

There is a sense of things getting a little convoluted, and time passing too quickly and conveniently - but, oh well...

Not sure why Dany hasn't thought of sending a dragon to burn Euron's fleet, yet? Jon was taking an awful risk to go to see - twice - while Euron was still marauding. That's on top of the dangerous weather.

Littlefinger - just seems a little "meh" that he'd know that Arya was following him and could find his hidden message, and plans to put sister against sister.

Read this theory today but didnt want to put it in the book thread.

Concerning the burning of Randyll and his son the showrunners might be using actual material from Martin. Except it will be Jon Connington and fAegon incinerated. It could also be told from Tyrion pov chapter with him pleading for their lives.

A plausible theory, but who knows who it would be in an equivalent scene in the book. Could just as easily be Gendry for popping up with his Baratheon heritage or Jorah Mormont for some mistakenly said words. Also if Aegon (young Griff) in the book is who he says he is I don't think Dany would want her relative incinerated. She isn't quite on that level of evil. Perhaps she finds out that he isn't Aegon at all.

I don't know, I think she has it in her. She's obsessed with the Iron Throne, and won't take kindly to pretenders. She didn't shed many tears over Viserys. Plus, IMO the Jon Connington thread was the most unnecessary plot deviation in the books, so this resolution would enable him to wrap it up rather quickly and hope nobody noticed.
