Sekrit 9: The Guessening: Electric Guessaloo: Age of Guesstron

I will post answers to this no later than the late evening of Sunday October 29th. That's "late evening" in Oregon, mind you. Once I post the answers, you'll all be able to use your ample brains to figure out who guessed what correctly and congratulate each other accordingly.

Unless I get sucked into a Stranger Things marathon, and I've got a wedding to attend on Saturday, and it's my 10th anniversary on Saturday, and I'm playing D&D with my kid on Sunday, and...sh*t, I'll find time.

Why don’t we just post our own then

Will do!
TDZ already grokked it that I penned story 9 for Chrispenycate.

I have since lost my ecopy so am going into messages to retrieve from when I passed it to sinister42 :)

Ok, now that someone’s started the ball rolling, I shall jump on the bandwagon and ...err... that’s getting dangerously mixed up, there, isn’t it?

I was #13. :D

This is all most excellent and I'm all for it, but if you'd all still like a comprehensive list in one place, I'm happy to provide.

I find it a bit coincidental that story 13 was about a train and number 13.

Some kinda moderator special power hmmmmm?

Groovy. A comprehensive list will arrive posthaste. Or maybe prehaste. Or maybe antehaste. Or maybe anti-haste. I don't like to rush myself.

Well, having downloaded and thoroughly enjoyed Victoria's tale of aliens tampering with their agents minds, all I can do is offer mine up for comparison.

(Ha! It's like comparing an Oreo to a birthday cake, I've a lot to learn about writing stories)

Ah, yes. My babies were numbers 1, 3 and 4. The doughnut one was assigned me, though I knew none of the characters or backstory (I haven't followed Starwars much since the original trilogy) and the others had triggered off responses - so I wrote them anyway. As one does. Someday I'll succeed in writing a story that incorporates all the demands, and the Santamaster can assign to whichever requester is left over, but this one I was in Finland, in Switzerland, traveling a lot, so performance was somewhat mediocre - I didn't even get a phrase of TDZs opera houde, for example.

People guessed quite a lot of mine, but there again, there were quite a lot :).

Wow! Just a story writing machine.
I've downloaded those three now to read through tomorrow.

Do we do like critiques and stuff on the stories we were sent?

I think mine was from Cathbad
