What better cover for a Cathbad's galactic troubleshooter.
He could turn up on a baddy's front door, not with a Starfleet badge, but with the words,
"Hello. My name is Jean-Luc Picard. Would you like to order some fishfingers?"

There's also a Chateau Picard red wine from St Estephe in Bordeaux (and very nice it is too) which seems much more Picard's style than frozen foods!

It seems he is living at Chateau Picard, the Picard family vineyards in La Barre, France, which produce red wine. It is 15 years since Admiral Picard commanded the greatest rescue armada in history, following which he left Starfleet.

According to another article I found, it's supposed to be releasing by the end of the year. They said there were rumours that filming was supposed to begin in April and finish in October. Looks like it's going to be a 10 episode season/series.
