Whereas I think Will Wheaton is a massive oik.I've come to like Will Wheaton but I still ain't big on Wesley.
I wanted to like him, but he felt like a stunt to get kids interested that went on too long.
Not me. I was in lurv with Beverly. Sigh.*
*That may have had more to do with hormones though.
She's back!!Wrong show wrong female .... 7 of 9 ooooowwwwweeee
I also didn't hate him, but he solved too many problems on his own, and that may be why people found it unlikely and him unlikable. He was a Mary Sue (Gary Stu) character. He was so obviously introduced to garner younger viewers, but he didn't achieve that because he wasn't actually that good-looking, and supposedly had no flaws and yet did really stupid things (Justice - even teenagers are not that stupid) and was seemingly loved by everyone aboard, merely because he was young. Why does everyone hate Wesley so much?

I'll actually be surprised if, at some point, Mr. Crusher doesn't appear on Picard.I'm probably not qualified to say, but is he a Justin Bieber? How would he measure against these: Teen Idols 4 You: Top 50 Idols Today ?
Anyway, this is off-topic. Unless he is returning to Picard.
I thought she was gone because she had a baby and was on leave. That's great to hear Robert Picardo from Voyager might be coming back.. god this show opens up so many cool things for not just TNG fans but Voyager and DS9 fans too!
I didn't mind Wesley.. Had a bit of a thing for his mother when I was young haha. Although I recently watched the TNG blurays and noticed that her acting in the first season was pretty bad (more robotic than data lol) which probably played a part in her being written out of the show. However when she came back in Season 3 due to popular demand I thought she was fine and had some great moments.
This was, in fact, when I realized Star Trek fans will never, ever, ever be satisfied with the franchise, even when they get exactly what they ask for!Although I recently watched the TNG blurays and noticed that her acting in the first season was pretty bad (more robotic than data lol) which probably played a part in her being written out of the show.
