Spotting old books and magazines and dummy newspapers in TV, movies and old photos

Possibly the Vampirella, top right:

Here's the magazine, which is actually from 1940.

The newspaper also looks anachronistic; the typeface is much too modern (Helvetica?) and the surrounding articles also seem too modern, with references to "no fault" (a concept from 1970 onwards) and the MTA (Metropolitan Transportation Authority) which was created in 1965.

And the Grim Ghost, middle row, right. No 2 of a title that only ever had 3 issues.

I don't think ANY Atlas title got beyond three issues. I am very fond of them and have a box full of the things. They are for the most part bloody awful. Here's a few posts I did about some of them on my long defunct blog:

Here's th Famous Funnies from the bottom left...

And the ultimate in team-up comics, from just above on the left:

I was wrong. Several made it to FOUR issues: The Destructor, Ironjaw, Phoenix, Vicki, Wulf the Barbarian, and Movie Monsters.

Amazingly, these are arranged in alphabetical order, from the top left, then going down, then to the next column, and so forth.
Not many clues to identify exact issues, but I managed to find this one:

From 1948. One of the many humorous "Good Girl Art" comics of the time.

PS: I just now noticed the caption that mentions the alphabetic order and the year, so I didn't need to mention those things.
