I like the aforementioned Repent Harlequin and I Have No Mouth But I Must Scream but also fondly remember the following:

Santa Claus vs SPIDER
Along The Scenic Route
How's The Night Life On Cissalada?
and Rodney Paris For Hire from Partners In Wonder.

I made the mistake of asking him what he thought of amateurs making films of his stories at a science fiction convention one time. Needless to say he wasn't fond of the idea.
 
My top two I needn't mention at this point, but I really liked "I'm Looking for Kadak" for its humor and thought "Hindsight: 480 Seconds" was beautiful. "How Interesting: A Tiny Man" was rather good.
 
Glow Worm was Ellison's first professional work.
