"Christmas," said 0xDEAD, inspecting the translator with his temporal eyes, "seems to be a ritual of cutting down trees."

"Trees?"

"Oxygen generators."

0xDEAD surveyed the desert planet. "My best guess: This Carol cut down too many trees."
