Juliet Mushens has set up a new agency (this year) with Robert Caskie of PFD, called CaskieMushens , and they're intermittently open for submissions (details on website):

Each agent may be looking for different genres during each submission period, so it's worth checking the site before contacting them. They cover a broad range of genres so it's worth checking even if you're not submitting SFF.
