the advantage to that one is that you upload it yourself and aren't at the mercy of a formatter.
one of the formatters at helio has had some of my fic for TWO months and hasn't posted it yet.

Kehgan wanted Karlan as she stroked his cheek
But he was distracted by memories he just had to seek.

She wanted to share his rations and his cot
The surface might be ice, but under his blanket was hot!

poor tor, so very big and strong
shoulda known he was right all along

they had to stamp him twice
now that just wasn't nice.
 
Thera and Jonah, there they had a chance
No Air Force regs to ruin the romance.

Her shy smiles and a head on his shoulder
The feelings he remembered and actually told her.

But when the stamp wore off it was back to 'sir'
You could see his regret in the sad smile he gave her.
 
And now when it is down in type,
You see the misfortune and the tripe.
Poor SG-1 and all their friends,
Will their lonliness and misery never end?

Can we do silly rhymes? I want to do a Aprils Fool's Day one but my efforts were pitiful and I scrapped em.

jack o jack what did you do now
to get that scar on your brow

gray or brown makes not a diff
come here and i'll give it a kiss
 
T-Man brown and strong he stands
muscles bluging like iron bands.

But gentle and kind is underneath
especially when humor he does unleash.
 
Danny's locks that did adorn,
We wonder by whom they were shorn.
Could it be a sneaky rule bound man,
If anyone knows... it'll be Sam.
 
My lord god Apothis you are a dream,
You make those around you simply scream.
That wicked glint in you eye.
Makes me want to crush you like a fly!
 
Oh Dannyboy you are a cad,
Making all us dreamers sad.
A new suit you do require,
The one you've got is really dire.
 
Boy, oh boy, can Jack be mean
When he gets mad and vents his spleen.
Thoughtless words that cut like glass
Especially when Daniel gives him sass!

even after they made her cut her hair
just once wouldn't you want to see

But my favourite just has to be
The Nox. Don't you see?
With fuzzy head and scruffy gear
They make me grin from ear to ear.
