The ballard of Sam and Jack.
Stargate we've watched, on TV beamed from above,
We've followed their exploits, who they might love,
Of all the characters that we see at play,
There are two we want to see on St Valentines Day,
If Sam and Jack will ever get it together,
We must know a few things, like whether,
They ever stole some moments near the Gate,
Or if it opened, and they had to wait,
Or if Carter knows Jack wants her, is she blind as a bat,
And can she stand small furry animals, in her flat,
You see, Jack say's he's thinking of getting a dog,
If Sam kissed Jack just once, would he turn into a frog,
More of their past history, the writers need to describe,
This may be comming in Season Five,
A small amount, we already have seen,
but with this relationship, the writers are mean,
Jack's been married already, and had a son,
All this was before he joined SG-1,
We never found out, about his wife,
Or if he divorced, and she's out of his life,
Sam's a dark horse, of which we know little,
Of her previous loves, not one jot or tittle,
She worships O'Neill, from afar,
While she experiments with Naquitar,
Why does she spend all her evenings wishing,
When she and Jack, they could have been fishing,
O'Neil and Anise, now there was 'a pair',
But Sam just acted like she didn't care,
If she wants him she shouldn't remain aloof,
Ask him his feelings, get some proof,
Make a move on him before Anise comes back,
She'll have to try harder if she really wants Jack,
It's against all the rules, said the General,
She's only a Major, and you're her Colonel,
Still, there obviously is some attraction,
But it's never continued to our satisfaction,
The siren sounds and they all Gate away,
This plotline is on hold for another day,
The suspense is killing us, but we need to know,
If they ever got married, would they cancel the show,
I'll write to Richard, he'll have the answer,
And sign me some photos of him as McGuyver.
