1.1/ 1.2 : Broken Bow. Parts 1&2

Now I've actually seen it, courtesy of the video, I have to say Enterprise is starting to look quite promising!
The human crew were human (right down to accents) and there are a whole raft of the little relationships that make a series solid just waiting to appear. They even managed a few alien looking aliens!

It could be a fluke, a factor of the longer extended episode forcing them to fill a few gaps, or something else.

I shall await the next release with some interest to see if Brannen and Braga can keep it up. Their history with such things is not good.

It also has to do with them planning it for a lot long than the other series since TNG. Once they get into 26 episodes a year it will be harder to keep up the quality. I have to say that for all my initial misgivings it actually gets better later on, so keep watching it.

It could also be because they threw a hell of a lot of money at it. But Hey Ho that is how it works now-a-days.

Did I catch the continuity flaw?

When the Suliban morphed his hand to grip the pistol, the hand physically changed position

Nor me. Mind you has been a while since I've watched it.

annette :D

Glad someone else noticed the chemsitry, methly oxide? Would love to know what that is!
There are about three methyl oxides in use:-
2-Methyl-1-aziridinyl)phosphine Oxide
3-methyl-4-nitropyridine 1-oxide
4-Methyl Morpholine N-oxide

All are listed as irritants to the eyes, mucus membranes etc. e.g. one would suffocate. I would guess in various guises of happiness, from blind drunk in the last to extreme pain in the first. (I know what phosgene and NOX do)

All are 'industrial' chemicals and are used for purification processes. (Don't ask me for what)
