u know the bit in the book where the hobbits arrive in Bree and give their names? the ones in Bored of the rings are:

Alias Undercover
Ivan Gottasecret
John Doe-smith
Ima Pseudonym

Gollum = Goddam

just for the record;)

Oh, to add something...it doesn't follow the story actually, and it gets very silly if I remember correctly. It's been over 10 years since I've read it.

thats the one in the actual book, is there one is BORED of the rings?i'll have to check......i have both books at my beck and call :D

i have a sort of translation......here it is:

This ring, no other, is made by the elves
Who'd pawn their own mother to grab it themselves
Ruler of creeper, mortal and scallop
This is a sleeper that packs quite a wallop

The power almighty rests in this Lone Ring
The power, alrighty, for doing your Own Thing
If broken or busted, it cannot be remade
If found, send to Sorhed (the postage is prepaid)
