From a long time lurker It should end with the movie IMO and then as others have said, if there is enough fan interest and a good enough cast and scripts then by all means start a SG1-TNG type of deal, otherwise let it die with us all remembering it fondly. Sort of like Bab5 did.

We're 'recruiting' people if a forum gets out of hand and needs moderating...don't worry, your actions on and contribution to the board *are* being noticed (that english? lol)
When the need of new moderators arises some of you will be asked politely if they have time and would like to do the job.
There's a thread out there, intended to make people stop asking if they could become moderators, but I think you can find helpful information there.

I would be delighted with a seventh season but if they ever intend to do so, they'll have to have very good scripts that are capable of competing with the scripts they have now. On the other hand it might be better to end it with the movie and start with something else, like this Atlantis-thing they're talking about.

Questions on season 7

Now just to make sure, is it true that we are not sure that there is gonna be a season seven. and if there is is RDA gonna be in it full time or part time, and are all the main charecters gonna stay, and finally, HOW F-ING LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT??????????????????????????????????????????????

Oh yeah has anyone heard anything about Stargate 2, ive heard rumors but am not sure what to make of them
