Verion Tasseris is a scientist researching the cure for a deadly dosease that suddenly begins infecting humans in the year 3030. But the government of his stern nation forbid any such research, so Verion has to do it in the safety of his underground shelter (they went out of style 100 years ago; no one would even think about it.)

However, people in the woods all think she is the rejuvenated ghost of her grandmother, Deidrae Tempest. And sadly, Deidrae had a terrible reputation, and everyone runs in fear everytime Arashi comes near. She doesn't mind, though, becasue she likes being alone. She does her service to the kingdom by leaving medicine at the gates of cities, so she can do no harm.

Unfortunately, someone with her reputation isn't going to have a very easy time doing such a thing, and even if she could, what chance would they have, with their biggest technological marvel being a bow or catapult?
