Submitted early this time. It came to me in a song (funnily enough, not the one I linked above. I just like that song and it fits with the theme. Cyberpunk is science fiction, no?)

Hmm, I've got two stories and can't decide which one to post. I've also had half a bottle of wine so probably best not to make any decisions tonight.

I had an idea during breakfast, and wrote it down as soon as I could afterwards.

Since it's still early in the month, I might wait and see if I can come up with something better. It's been a long time since I wrote two or three stories in a month and was able to choose between them.



Or I might get impatient, and post the story I have now anyway.

I was thinking about holding off, but I would have just used the challenge as an excuse not to write my WIP. I spent most of today on the challenge, can't have too many days like that.

The last two months stories came to me super-duper quick once I saw the theme. This month its so hard, ( not complaining of course) I'm sat on the bus as I type this on my way to work and a idea just basically kicked me in the balls. Just got to figure out how to squeeze it into 75 words or less... Using a Blackberry because my laptop is dead.

No Pop --- Okay Karn, very dark. I would call that a new twist on the idea of original sin and the birth of Satan. --- And quite brilliant.
