Hello fellow WFCers - really sorry to have missed you in the pub, had to head home a bit early. Hope you had/are having a great time, I really enjoyed the convention and found it really useful - nice to meet Ian Whates and krgreen in real life too! Get home safely, Jo (and the other fliers Alc and Hex! I Brian if he's flying back, as well! And everyone else, however they got to Brighton) at least the wind has dropped a good bit... It was great to see so many Chronites, and I'm sorry I missed Belador and KRGreen. 'Twas a good con and guess who I met? Three times??? I'm sure he thinks I'm stalking him.

Oh, in the kaffeeklatsche, I had two coffees, a bottle of water and three biscuits, and took another bottle of water on the way out. I'm sure that would have been more than £5...

Some highlights - Joe Abercrombie's reading, I might not write for a month (but the lack of dark cloak was disturbing, oh Lord Grimdark)

William F Nolan's refusal to answer the questions asked and instead deliver anecdotes and nuggets of knowledge

Garth Nix was very funny

Scott Lynch and Joe's double act was ably backed up by Tad Williams.

Meeting all the Chronners was the best bit, though!

Wrote more than reading on the bus, chocolate went into chronics, (C'est déconseillé pour moi). And home, yes chez moi as it is slowly becoming.

The fair haired one is my clever sister, the darker is my beauteous grandniece. But I could have chosen one with nobody I knew in it; there were plenty of other gawpers and buyers.

'Tis unfortunate I didn't get a picture of Kissmequick, at the reading; the moment didn't seem right.
