CONGRATULATIONS HB!!!!

Have been away dropping kids off with their grandparents over the weekend, and just got back, hoping to vote tonight. Unfortunately I hadn't remembered the dates correctly, and have missed out, and right now I have no idea who I would have voted for, or if it would have made a difference to the final result. Am about to be taken out (a very rare event!) so might not have made it anyway!

Thank you to Crystal Haven and The Judge for mentioning my story. I haven't participated for a while as have been short on inspiration, but, after a glass or more of red wine last weekend, I read the theme, wrote the story and posted it in less than 10 minutes. So am very surprised to have received any mentions at all. I did enjoy it though, so am looking forward to Novembers theme with interest - might be time to get back in the writing saddle as it were!
