Prince Oberyn Martell - One of very few people allowed by the Iron Throne to style himself a Prince. Known as The Viper, father to many bastards and fond of paramours. The Viper traveled to King's Landing for Joffrey's wedding with the aim of seeking justice for his sister's murder years before. He became Tyrion's champion for his Regicide trial for the chance to kill The Mountain. He died in the exchange, but not before dealing a deadly blow to his sister's murderer.

The Seven - Dominant faith of Westeros, centered upon seven icons: The Father, The Mother, The Maiden, The Crone, The Warrior, The Smith and (my personal fave) The Stranger. Each icon embodies an essential element of Westerosi society, together they represent the fabric which holds society together. In times of trouble, the people of Westeros pray to individual icons of The Seven seeking specific protections or special blessings. They are most closely equated to the saints of the Catholic church, except that these icons are viewed as actual gods rather than servants of a single god, and their individual power is exceeded only by their combined power.

Most people of other or no faiths find The Seven kind of silly.
