Because of the boy who loved trees, there is a peace and understanding between the people and the forest. And there is a place for everyone and everything to live.

TacticalLoco, I really love this last line, in your excellent tale. I hope to see you in the next challenge my friend.

Gutted. Nothing complete from me for this one; despite some jumbled ideas. That said (in a whingey, whiney self-excusing voice), I only have myself to kick.

I look forward to reading all your entries and voting.

I missed seeing you here Stormcrow. I hope you, Lenny, and so many others can join us next time pal.

Fans self...

Thank you Starbeast and Martin 321. :)

You're welcome Springs. Martin321, elevate her feet, quick!

And Starbeast, thank you for the honourable mention!

You're very welcome The Storyteller.

Thanks for the mention, Beasty.

You're mighty welcome Telford.

And a big welcome to you Perpetual Man.

Ditto;) And Martin 321, also! Thank you both.

And a big welcome to you Boneman.

You know Cat's, I was laughing when I was typing those final words to my Middle Earth Mirth tale. I was inspired by driving to a Vape Store, to buy my zero nicotine flavored liquid (which I'm vaping right now).

It's voting time... thank goodness for three votes, I'd have gone mad trying to choose just one!! Is it me, or does the standard of entries just get better and better? I keep asking that, don't I? More votes would definitely help...;)

Anyway, shortlist, Finalists and *winners*

Juliana
*Springs*
Victoria Silverwolf
Brev
Bowler 1
Thestoryteller
*Telford*

Thank you Springs, Starbeast and Martin321 for the mentions, and a thank you to the lovely Hex for a vote!

I wasn't in the mood to write today but now I am, thanks to you four. :) And because of that, today Bobsie will be tearing a badger up into pieces and throwing them at a 7-year old girl! Good times. :p

Well, I was surprised to get a couple of mentions but a vote? I'm flabbergasted. Thank you Boneman.

Thanks for the mention Starbeast and a huge thanks to Martin for the vote.

There were a lot of great entries this month so it was extra hard. Any of my short-lists could have got my vote but the votes were just really extra great.

Short list

Juliana - Whispers
Perpetual Man -Tom
BigJ - Testing Faith, Embracing Fate
Bowler1 - Royal Justice

Votes

Springs -Fizzled memories. Just a great entry, creepy and intriguing at the same time.

Victoria Silverwolf - The Redemption Man. A really imaginative piece with great writing. Well done.

The Dusty Zebra - Passing of the Torch. TDZ, you've done it again. I loved this story and want to read more of it! What a cool idea and great execution

After reading this month's stories I will be honest that I am surprised and honored to have any votes at all. Great work everyone. :D

Big thanks to CC and ratsy for the votes! :D

Thanks also to Starbeast for the Honorable Mention, Boneman for the finalisting, and martin321 for the shortlisting.

Springs is already going off to lie down -- just think what another vote might do to the poor girl. Be kind! :D

Many thank Starbeast for the vote, and for those who listed/honourable mentioned 'A Scottish Night'! I'm desperately trying to find some spare hours to read the other entries properly and vote, as well as get something in for this months 75 worder (It's exam time and I'm just a wee bit overrun)

You're very welcome Phyrebrat. Nice to hear we inspired you. I'm not sure if I want to know what you're writing about. Sounds freaky.

Right, I've revived. Thanks Starbeast for the remedial action, and thanks Boneman for the vote. Any chance of the Chrons crashing for the next 12 days? :D

Glad to hear you're on your feet. Last month I was flopping around on the floor a few hours when I learned I had won the 75. Squirrels were using me as an amusement park ride.

Thanks for the mention Starbeast and a huge thanks to Martin for the vote.

You're welcome TheDustyZebra. If Springs wins, she may launch like a missle, I like to see that. What would you do if you win Zebra?

You're immensely welcome StilLearning. Yipes! Exam time. I hope you get a chance to vote. Good luck on the exams. :)
