:) Well, after a great review such as this, Starbeast, I'd be happy to buy you a new drink! Love seeing your reviews, Starbeast!! Dug your story too...madcap, and very funny, as I've come to expect from you! Well done, sir! CC

You're mighty welcome. And thanks Cat's. You've made my day. It was a bit quiet today, until I logged onto this site. As for a drink, I'll have an herbal hot tea, please.

Brilliant reviews there, thank you Starbeast. I don't know how you and Victoria do them so well.
You are immensely welcome Kerrybuchanan. Thank you for the compliment too. And Victoria definately has the talent for it.

Agreed, and they both have quite a knack for distilling the story's reviews into a concise and entertaining slice of words.

Thank you Willwallace. I do have fun when doing them.

Fractured Fairy Tale
(part two)

Alchemist - Some say, "Never trifle with a good thing, or it can backfire on you". This is certainly true in this hard core hit. Fantastically written in colorful dialogue, without so much rat in it.

Ratsy - Oh, this is grand. I used to love watching the Dating Game on tv as a kid. This is a tremendous treat that takes me back, and tickles my funny bone. Good stuff.

Paranoid Marvin - You've taken a wonderful childhood fairy tale, and turned it into a rhyme of death! I love it. Mu-ha ha ha ha. You definately got me chuckling with your perfect poem.

Farntfar - I'm on the dragon's side of this fanciful well done offering. A lousy bunch of interloping short statured humanoids ruin his peace and invade his space. Allow me to round up a group of hungry arachnids.

A. Fare Wells - Cracking good tale that gives me an appetite for more. I love eggs for breakfast. Pass me some of Humpty flesh please. I'll pass on the entrails, they might be still filled with Dumpty.

Culhwch - A real fractured fairy tail. Heh heh. Reminds me when a plumber fell in my kitchen and broke his coccyx. He asked me how I knew he broke his butt. I said, "Because I see a big crack in it".

Telford - The wolf had Spam-Spam-Spam-Spam, Spam-Spam-Spam-Spam, LOVELY SPAM!!! (cough cough) Wolf 3, Pigs 0 and Telford a perfect 10 as he finishes his tale here in the November Olympics.

Chrispenycate - The resident pedantissimo strikes again. Mysterious accidents abound in this terrific story which is mixed with reality. I really like the sound effect you created for the helicopter, "thwap/throb". Cool.

Karn Maeshalanadae - Whoa. I feel like I'm watching an episode of Game of Thrones. This is tale filled with fast moving events and surprise cliffhangers. Good stuff, and dying times here.

Mosaix - Some of us can say that we have seen some pretty unexplainable things. And we try to tell others, but no one believes us. This situation bursts out in this remarkable offering of bizzare witnessed events. Awesome.

Mr Orange - Vastly entertaining horror story that made me laugh, diabolically. Mu-ha ha ha ha ha ha ha (cough cough), sorry. Marvelous mayhem and fun to read.

thank you very much kind beast, muchly appreciated and glad i made you mu-ha ha...

Thanks for the review SB. I'm glad we've got your support for our cause.

Thanks Victoria Silverwolf! "...fully realized..."! Hurrah!

Why thank you, Beasty.

You're very welcome Telford.

thank you very much kind beast, muchly appreciated and glad i made you mu-ha ha...

Heh heh. You're mighty welcome Mr Orange.

Thanks for the review SB. I'm glad we've got your support for our cause.

You're welcome Farntfar. I stand up for dragons.

Fractured Fairy Tale
(part three)

Phyrebrat - Here's some news that I'm itching to tell others about. Snow White is not the innocent lady we thought she was. In reality, you'll probably see her on a talk show denying everything. Great and ghastly story. Featuring Happy, as the fairy in this humorous offering.

Remedy - Even though I'm one of the rare few who doesn't like the story of Peter Pan, I found this tale as an outstanding piece of work. Sorry to those who loved the original story, but, I love this version. Truthfully, I was shocked at first, but it grew on me quickly.

Talysia - When I was a child, and I was shown a film of the graphic nature of the Cuckoo bird in school, I was forever marked with those horrifing images of it's natural habit. However, it works magnificantly in this mighty modern entry. High marks to the writer.

Bowler1 - If I were to say to you, this girl couldn't get much higher, by igniting all the funeral pyres. Come on baby light my fire, try to set the night on fire. Light them all on...FIRE. Excellent, a psycho pyromanic match girl tale. Disturbing, yet delightful.

Sancho - Firstly, nice to meet you. And second, you created an entertaining story that is a good mix of an incredible tale of old, and gave it a whole new twist by blending in elements of modern times. Good stuff. Strawberries do sound good right now.

HareBrain - Oh my gosh. You've lead me through a familiar Grimm story, then clobber me with a gruesome cannibalistic sibling surprise ending. How cool is that? Sheer magic from a hat, featuring a spooky, yet amusing elderly Gretel.

Johnnyjet - Check your clocks, cause it's time for a rat treat. This furry tale scurries up to you, and rips into your flesh with a healthy heaping of graphic carnage, freshly blasted. "Duck!" (ka-booom!) "Duck!" (ka-booom!) Uh-oh. That rat has a gun! (bang!) (thud...)

Jastius - Some where, in the near future, "adultry" rears it's ugly head. Tremendous drama abounds in this fanciful, and unique story that ends in poetic tragedy for a horn player in a band. Little Boy Blue, had really blown it in this story.

Holland - Whoa-ho! Here's another fine tale that set me heading in one direction, only to stop me in my tracks with an ending I didn't expect. Grandma mixed her meds. Mu-ha ha ha ha ha ha. Oh man, you got me laughing tonight, with a dosage of comedy.

Hex - Looks like you mixed the right ingredients again, and conjured up a new fun filled story that had me reading it twice. I'm grinning with delight at your fine entry that is fresh from the swamp. I don't even want to imagine the honeymoon. "AHHH!" I just did.

Thanks for the wonderful reviews Victoria and Starbeast! :)

Alex! Wonderful seeing you back in the Challenge! I really dug your tale...terrific title, too! Well done! CC
