Discussion - March 2015 100-Word Anon Writing Challenge (#5)

I've been really busy this week, so not had chance to read through all the stories yet. I'll try to vote later today.

A big thank you to Cat's Cradle for taking charge of the Challenge. I've thoroughly enjoyed reading the commentary. :) And also Victoria, for the mini reviews. It just wouldn't be the same without them. Thank you.
 
Apologies everyone for my absence! I am so busy now, since spring is kinda-sorta here, in Finland. I have two summers worth of work around the old farmhouse to get done this year, and it's already begun. I will try to jump on the thread this evening to vote, and if anyone posts guesses, I will check them against the master list, too, and give results. Just quickly sticking my head through the door. Sorry folks was really enjoying this and fully intended to vote and guess, but spent last two days in hospital with Perp jr. with at least another day to go, probably not going to find the time.

I voted for Intellicide -- creepy and horrible (fabulous). If I'd had two votes, I'd have gone for My Little Sister as well.

Very sorry to hear of Perp jr's trip to the hospital, Perp! I hope he is well very soon. No worries about voting.
 
Juliana, and Ashleyne--you've both gotten two guesses correct, way to go! :) One author's story has been guessed correctly twice--I shan't mention the name! I believe that is the only story that has been guessed correctly more than once.

14 votes in so far...Homework is currently leading with 4..several stories have two votes. A reminder that there's another day left to vote--the poll closes at midnight GMT on the 22nd.

I have had my once-a-month glass of wine, and am feeling a bit too tipsy to read and vote tonight (I truly am a lightweight...a 210 pound lightweight!:)). Tomorrow, it shall be done. I hope it's a wonderful Saturday for everyone! CC
 
Well there you, it's amazing what you can do when the lights go down on the children's ward...

Read through the lot and thought all of them were horrid. In the sense of being terrible. Horrific, you know what I mean ...

Every story is on my shortlist, but in the end Unwelcome Visitor jut nicked from Hunger.

I wondered about thanking people for voting for mine, if indeed it received any, and if I actually entered....

It just seems so impolite not to.

Finally as to guessing, it's astounding how hard all of you are finding it, when the thread itself makes it blatantly obvious. CC wrote them all. ;)
 
Sorry to hear you have problems with Perp Jr. I hope Little Perp gets better very soon and is able to come home early.

Hung out to die - The imagery is incredibly written. Beautiful construction in a foul way

My vote went to Homework

As to guesses, the only one I would risk is to say I think Disownment has ratsy's flair.

We're up to 17 votes, which is wonderful! One day to go. At the moment Homework leads with 5 votes, followed closely by The Unwelcome Visitor, with four votes. Three stories have two votes each. Good luck all! CC
